March Run #18: Wednesday Forest Run

in #exhaust5 years ago

Another sunny and warm day and another forest run. This time in short tights and in a short-sleeved running shirt. A proper spring indeed. But ... the cold front with the rain and the temperatures around zero is coming ...

Aview across the Sava river towards Šmarna gora. The sky is picture-perfect. No trails of any kind, no pollution, no nothing.

The map of the run. The total climb was 170 meters. Nice.

I am still around six days behind with my reports. In fact, there is a hole which needs to be closed.

All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.

You have uploaded 332 running activities, and 29 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 29 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 170.39 kms at an average pace of roughly 6:07 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 7.109min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
