Have not heard from you in a while , you're lucky to be able to see the eclipse . NYC just missed it :(

2:45 pm in NYC will be the max eclipse. It won't be a full eclipse, but better than nothing. In other words, you still have time to check it out. Partial eclipse begins at 1:23 pm and it ends at 4 pm.
I'll be looking forward to something then , great news
