Jakarta - Banda Aceh

in #travel7 years ago (edited)

A week in Jakarta is very tortured, a city so astonishingly famous for traffic jams, we will spend 2-3 hours to travel 10 kilometers during rush hour, 7-9 am and 4-8 pm driving a car. The city, which has an area of about 661.52 km², is populated by a population of 10,075,310 as of 2014.

The National Monument (Indonesian: Monumen Nasional, abbreviated Monas). This monument is crowned with a flame covered with gold sheets. A total of 28 kg of 38 kg of gold on the National Monument torch is a contribution from Teuku Markam, an Acehnese businessman who once became one of the richest people in Indonesia. [Source]

Jakarta is the capital of the Indonesian state impressed as centralized, the center of Indonesian government and politics, as well as the economic and business center.

I came to Jakarta accompanied by @ipunk for the purpose of repairing the camera and lens, as well as the other necessity of meeting a film director. On the sidelines of the busyness, I keep promoting Steemit to some of my colleagues there to be developed in Jakarta, they are people from information technology and film activists. The current obstacle is they have to wait for Steemit account verification.

Starbucks Coffee becomes an alternative choice while in Jakarta, frankly, the taste of Starbucks espresso coffee has not reached the level of taste we want as it is commonly enjoyed in Aceh.

Now, I have returned to Aceh using Batik Air flight service, we chose the direct flight route from Soekarno–Hatta International Airport Tangerang, approximately 20 km northwest of central Jakarta, destination Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport Banda Aceh.

Getting ready for departure at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport

A moment will land at Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport, Banda Aceh.

Welcome back to Banda Aceh.

Very good Photos @vannour, I really liked them,
@racoo

I agree @Vannour Starbucks coffee always tastes burnt to me. Coffee from small community farms is the best in the world.

Maybe our tongue is less suited to the taste of Starbucks coffee.

just love the night view of Jakarta. I ll visit it once in my preps because i like it so much
