Within Wat Phra Yuen, there are several important buildings. The highlight building is the Phra Yuen Chedi (pagoda) which is the place where the bronze Phra Maha Patimakorn or Phra Yuen is enshrined, beautifully standing out in the middle of the chedi.

The chedi is in square shape and the architecture is in the Bagan style. It was built on a raised platform with decreasing levels. The upper circumambulation area has small chedis at each corner.

This Phra Yuen Chedi is considered the most important religious object in the temple.
