If you are thinking of visiting Europe sometime I would like to share five special and wonderful places you just have to visit!

Cinque Terre, Italy

Up to five picturesque villages wander along the Ligurian coast just north of Pisa. Riomaggiore, Manorla, Vernazza, Corniglia, and Monterosso are already included in the UNESCO World Heritage List and are very popular destinations. For the best experience, the hiking trails in the national park between the villages are recommended.

Keukenhof, Netherlands

An amazing tulip park just outside the town of Lisse dating back to the 1400s. In its present vintage it has been around since 1949. According to its own exposition, the park is "the world's most beautiful spring park" and attracts visitors from all over the globe. But it's important to keep in mind: the park is only open two months a year - when the tulips bloom.

Sintra, Portugal

About 40 minutes by train from Lisbon we find this gem. Here are several cool castles and buildings dating back to the 700's. The castle was built in the 19th century and blends architecture styles with little wildlife-feeling. Also be sure to visit the castle inside, you will not be disappointed.

Dubrovnik, Croatia

Called the "Pearl of the Adriatic Sea" and, of course, the resort is extremely beautiful, with the ability to climb down from the rocks to the sea. The center of the city dates back to the Middle Ages and its city wall is probably one of Croatia's most famous landmarks. The city was severely damaged during the Balkan war in the 1990s, but is today restored.

Lavender fields in Provence, France

You can imagine that the image is photoshoped - the intense purple color comes from the lavender flower that blossoms every summer in Europe. The safest time is mid June to the end of July. One tip is to rent a car and explore the small country roads and just enjoy the view.
