Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all excited about the upcoming weekend! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @kouba01:

I love this place ... first for its aesthetic .... Then there are less tourists than the Old Square ... it's more mixed between Prague and tourists .... And the you can find everything here: trams, the big shopping center, cafes and restaurants, casinos (to play even during the day), the magnificent Municipal House ... and a small, almost permanent market ... beautiful place and lively ... without being overloaded like the old place .... Republic Square (Namesti Republiky)

This picture was taken at Mala Strana near Prague Castle last year. Here you have a fantastic view to the rooftops of the city. In the foreground you can see St. Nicholas Church and in the background the TV Tower.

What an amazing image to be featured in today's Prague/Czech Republic photo sharing edition. Thank you so much for your entry. Tomas

Thank you very much, Tomas! I'm glad that you like it! :)

View of the main lake in the Pruhonice Park, a beautiful large park located on the outskirt of Prague. The parks boasts a unique botanical collection featuring over 1600 species of domestic and exotic trees and shrubs, as well as an exceptional collection of rhododendrons.

At first glance I see this statue is similar to a person who committed suicide. But this is a statue of Sigmund Freud, a famous psychologist born in the Czech Republic.
"Give a piece of sufficient rope in humans undoubtedly will hang himself" Perhaps the word is appropriate to describe this one artwork. This is a statue named "Mansigmund freud Hanging Out" located in the town square of praha.
This statue is the work of artist David Cerny. David created this statue because it was inspired by Sigmund Freud, a neurologist who invented the psychoanalytic method for the treatment of patients with psychological disorders.
the picture is not good because I took it with the camera phone.

This is not the greatest photo ever, but I love the mood. This was my first day ever in Prague after crossing the Charles Bridge just after sunset and looking back towards the old city. We just loved this place!

Finally the weather is getting warmer these days in Prague. And for today's contest I decided to show you this picturesque view of Charles Bridge which is the most famous bridge in Prague. So if you haven't been in Prague yet, now is the best time to visit this beautiful city :)

This square is a wonderful place in Prague and is a must visit. It is well served by trams. There are many pubs and good restaurants and tourist attractions. From here you can start the visit to Wenceslas Square or the castle.

Malostranská

What a great image!

I took this photo at one of the nice historic streets at Prague. On that day we were on our way to the Prague Castle. On that street you had a nice view to the famous Veitsdome which you will pass if you are "climbing" to the top of the Hill for the Prague Castle...

the Rudolfinum has been a part of Prague's Old Town and its waterfront For more than 100 years, . It is a leading example of Neo-Renaissance architecture of the late 19th century including a concert hall with excellent acoustics used for important concerts, such as the annual classical music festival Prague Spring.

Castle Lednice

Located in Lednice a village in the South Moravian region in the Czech Republic. In 1996 it was registered by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site together with the town of Valtice.
In the photo the castle designed in Tudor Gothic style, a masterpiece of romantic architecture, one of the most visited monuments of the Czech Republic.

What an amazing place Lednice is!

I just had to have lunch at the Café Imperial in the Nové Město area of Prague. It is renowned for its Art Deco interior, and indeed lunch turned out to be as much as a feast for the eyes as for the palate.
