Is it Important to Apologize?

All of us are just human and all of us can make mistakes, we were born with mistakes and imperfections, therefore we should look ourselves in the mirror and firstly admit that you are not perfect.

As long as you are in denial, that you are without mistakes, and that you are so perfect and that you never do something wrong, and always blame everybody around you for things going wrong then you have a surprise waiting for you.

So, what do we need to apologize about?

1. You might have done something wrong toward someone else.

2. Said something wrong to another person.

3. Looked at someone wrongly or rudely for no reason.

4. Treated someone else with no respect.

These are just a few examples that can happen on a daily basis and if you do not focus on what you do or what you say then it became part of who you are, and before you know it this is the way you treat other people and how they perceive you.

What happens if you cannot admit when you did something wrong?

1. People lose respect for you.

2. People do not want to be around you, because they do not like the way you treat other people.

3. It causes you to be in a dementia, or dream world, so everybody around you just pretend that they like you but in the reality, they are just entertaining your presence because they have no other option.

I think personally that there are very easy ways to ensure that you do not need to be apologizing every second of the day, firstly you need to respect yourself, then if you can respect yourself, and have some personal talk time then only you will see the difference.

So say the following everyday

“I DO NOT WANT TO TREAT OTHERS IN A WAY THAT I DO NOT WANT TO BE TREATED”

Once you can understand that statement it is a big step forward.

After you have excepted you are not perfect, then the difficult part starts, you need to start apologizing to the people you have mistreated or whatever the case might be as described listed.

What is the meaning of apologize?

1. To make excuse for or regretful acknowledgment of a fault or offense.
2. To make a formal defense or justification in speech or writing.

So how do you apologize?

1. Be sincere

2. Mean what you say

3. Look the other person in the eye

4. Most importantly Mean it!!

After apologizing, the challenge is not to do the same thing again to the person, remember and apology only means something to the other person if you do not do it again.

So, for all of you out there, if you admit that you are not perfect, then START TO REALIZE THAT YOU ARE HURTING OTHERS AND get apologizing, and respect other people and treat all human beings with dignity, we are all equal

Apologizing does show you realize you are human. It also tells the world that you have a degree of humility. The arrogant never apologize because they are "always right".
