Team learning or sharing to avoid the loop of keep working and working

I notice i was in the loop of just keep working and working and working,
and that we get stuck in it.

So lately we tried this team sharing sessions to share what we learn and also encourage each of us to share what we feel is wrong and how we can improve it further.

So far the first sessions have been very positive. It gives us a training place for each of us to look out what we need to be learning and at the same time training ourselves so we learn how to share our learnings to others.

Of course what we share should also be documented it, and thus a remember or reminder for us to keep remembering what we have done and learned together with the team.

The other side effect that is positive in this is:
a) Your team gets closer
b) Offer a solution centric environment we all faced some issue
c) Get to know each other personally
d) Training to speak infront
e) Training ourself to remember what we learn

So give it a try, if you have a team or family maybe you can implement once a month on this team learning day.
