Hi @steemcurator01 , I have been asking this everywhere on discord, when @stream4u Complaints about losing steem , that requires active key to do any transactions on wallet, authorizing posting Auth, can such app owners be able to send out user's funds?

No, an app (or account) only with posting authorities from other accounts can't transfer STEEM or SBD.
There must be another cause for this.
