"I WON'T GIVE UP " on my skeptic friends , trying to convince them about STEEMIT

For about a week now , both me and my wife , we've been so intrigued by the STEEMIT powerfull way of combining : " posting , reading information, earnings .." We are still amazed , being also new ( to be honest ) to the world of blockchain and cryptocurrency in general.. , totally hooked on Steemit.

So, after our first few days "Steeming " .. , we got some calls from our friends asking if we are ok , as we were missing from you know.. the regular social life in our friends circle. We tried our best ( after appologies ) to explain to them ( again .. none with any knowledge related to blockchain, bitcoin etc stuff ) , why we were missing ?

It's such a hard time , a real hussle !! And don't get me wrong , they are all very switched on guys... but still , very skeptical.

We were on the brink to gave up on them .. but we took a deep breath and decided to keep trying :)

Steemit is great and we would love to see them coming along with all of us here ..

Any ideas HOW CAN WE DO IT ?? Your suggestions would be very appreciated , as we are sure that many of you are facing the same challanges within your circles of friends and family.

We will not give up on them , as we strongly believe that STEEMIT is not only a new platform , but a new way of extending our horizons
