I am with you on that, Steemit is fun and a great concept... but I still favor my web blog format better as it seamlessly connects all my needed areas of focus. I am looking forward to either SMT's or EOS based systems, to convert my sight somehow to a block-chain reward system like this.

      No clue yet, but hopefully and at least with EOS June 2nd launch will tell us. I am not technical either but will be hiring a tech to build a website like community on whichever platform can do what needs doing.
