Seems like a temporary bug... reputation levels seem messed up at the moment.
@ned did say in the interview the other day with @dollarvigilante that they were updating the Followers feature in a day or 2.. so hopefully :/
Apaprently there is also a new reputation level change, though it seems that updates are currently being pushed online and there are issues until they become available.
