I Did Have a Fake Account on Steemit

I am going to be honest with you.

Approximately 4 years ago I opened a steemit account and started copy-pasting others articles and posts from different social media platforms. Then you can guess what happened!

Leave the part of me being banned from posting on steemit. I felt bad because I thought I did not have anything valuable to share.

Then later on I started using LinkedIn platform and growing my community over there. But this time I only shared my work as well as life experience and you know what, I started gaining hundred and hundred followers every day. Because people could relate what I was sharing. I kept doing it for 40 days and in the end of the 40 days I got into habit of posting every day. Now I have more than 20 k like minded people who follows me.

Here is the lesson I learned from this. No matter what you share on social media platforms just be you. When you share your success, stories share your failures as well. Because we are human, you cannot succeed all the time. There definitely will be times where you will fall and rise in life. So, share it.

Later on I applied the same 40 days tactic on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube and guess what, it worked! Authenticity matters!

I will be doing the same here on Steemit too! And 100% sure that it will work here as well.
