Hive - I'm dissapointed

I didn't know that this list was too long. I was only expecting steemit accounts ... only ninja mined tokens please!

You excluded @poloniex, several corean accounts, and even @steemchiller, sorry but this is not decentralization for me.

I need to think more about this situation, and for the moment I come back to my previous statement: I want to sell.
I encorage to Justin and Steemit to read my proposal

Sort:

Interesting to also find steemhunt, dobartim and justyy among the accounts not receiving Hive.

Then again, as drakos says, Hive is a community starting afresh and distributing free Hive tokens. They are certainly right to choose to whom, correct ?

It's not the same to:

  • take someone's STEEM tokens and
  • not give free HIVE tokens to someone

You seem to equate the two ...

There is also a process through which anyone left out can appeal the decision on Hive and still receive the airdrop.

Though the vast majority of accounts on the list made it very clear, on chain, that they had no interest to participate in Hive long before the fork.

Still, while people doing the work to build and create a new token are indeed free to decide, I don't think it was a good move to leave out so many accounts.

Can you post a link to where an appeal can be made. In my case, a Bittrex glitch locked up my STEEM as "pending" 3 hours before the airdrop - it was a 2FA authorized withdrawal that never left the Bittrex wallet and is still, as of this writing, listed as "pending". I contacted Bittrex Support almost immediately, both via open request and their chat, and, at first I thought they were quite responsive, but then the airdrop deadline went past, and a few hours later the requests were closed as "solved", without having solved anything!

The long and the short of this is that I will continue to work with Bittrex on this issue, but if they don't credit the 1:1 HIVE to my account, I think this is something that should be brought up and appealed.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Those blacklisted accounts were excluded from getting the Hive airdrop because they chose to support Justin Sun and voted for his sock puppet witnesses. It's fair isn't it? They're not interested in Hive, so they don't need Hive tokens.

Shame Shame Shame!!!

Everyone who participated in centralization of steem should be excluded. I dont see a single reason why would they have double benefits as they are the main reason we left.

Amen brother.

That's a real censorship :) Every token holder has their own voting right but HIVE doesn't respect the fundamental right of native token utility.

In case one wants to participate in thehive blockchain no one is going to freeze the stake they actually bought, however airdroping tokens to those who are the main reason we left is irrational.
I always thought Korean community will be THE killer community, in terms of brining more value to steem. As it turns out, they were the literal killers of the steem blockchain.

Regardless, enjoy new steem :)

Goodbye leech-y farmer, enjoy your starcraft.

Hahaha the funny thing is that you actually have the nerves to call me farmer while simulaniously sucking Justins cock 😂😂

Noty boy 🤭

HIVE IS ALIVE!!!

JOIN US, YOU'LL HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME BALANCE AS YOU HAVE HERE ON STEEM WITHOUT THE CENTRALIZATION AND CENSORSHIP!!

https://hive.blog

There was never an airdrop. It's copy pasta what they did,

When there was never an airdrop, but a mirror copy, this means that they not blacklisted those users, but nullify them!!!

You are spot on!!!

We doesn't care about centralized and permissioned fork chain.

I agree with you we are on discord for more devs and improving formula integrals with fractions https://discord.gg/6XW2HvW
