I’ve been fortunate at times in my life but not like people who are of the Sagittarius nature. Only very rarely have I ever encountered such luck in my life. Sagittarius is ruled by the planet Jupiter which in itself is a big deal. In astrology, Jupiter represents expansion, good luck, fortune, mentors, teachers, travel, risk-taking, and arrogance. I personally know a Sagittarius who has been living in Japan for two years, how I have no idea. He has no college degree, he is not part of some special program or anything yet he lives in a foreign country. Sagittarius folk are the kind who just make things happen in life.

Make no mistake about it though they do have an optimistic attitude naturally and this helps them tremendously. I have also observed that they naturally have luck on their side as well, the kind of luck that will make other people around them believe that anything is possible. Often a Sagittarian will do something just for the experience of it and to gain knowledge. They are exceptional at gaining knowledge academically or through life experience. They are always on the hunt for new experiences that the every day Joe would not dare take a chance on. I’m not saying that they are always successful in their endeavors but their chances of success tend to be higher than normal and their recovery rate is above average.

Now you may not be a Sagittarius (I’m not) but everyone has a Jupiter somewhere in their chart. I’ll go into more detail on how to find where your Jupiter is in a future post. Rest assured though when you find your Jupiter and especially which house and sign it is currently transiting, you may find yourself being the recipient of extremely good fortune. Especially if your Jupiter is ”looking at” other power planets. Channel your Sagittarius mindset by adopting

• I should take chances in life, I only get one shot.

• where can I find a mentor to teach me what I need to know?

• where is the silver lining in ”bad times”?

• what do I need to study in order to get to my destination?

• what countries have I always wanted to travel to?

• what are my favorite languages I would like to learn?

• what lies beyond the ”five senses” that make up my reality?

• can I enlist other people to help me in my journey?

• how will my mindset aid me in pursuing my goals?

• what is life without taking risks?
