Składniki:

  • troche lodu
  • mleko (200ml)
  • serek (dowolny u mnie akurat miss talia) (180g)
  • masło orzechowe (15g)
  • kakao (wedle uznania)
  • banan (50g)

słodzik/miód, jeśli chcesz.

Przygotowanie

Wrzucamy na początku lód do blendera, kolejność pozostałych składników nie ma znaczenia. Mieszamy to wszystko i otrzymujemy naszego shake'a.

Wartości odżywcze: 364 kcal, 24,5g białka, 39g węglowodanów, 12,5g tłuszczu.

  • peanut butter (15g)
  • cocoa (as desired)
  • banana (50g)

sweetener/honey, if you like.

Preperation

At the begining we throw ice into the blender the order of the other ingredients does not matter. We mix it all and get our shake.

Nutritional values: 364 kcal, 24.5 g protein, 39 g carbohydrates, 12.5 g fat.
