SEC-S20W1: Who is a Programmer? What should you have done before to become a programmer in the future?

If there are mediocre specialists or professionals out there, then there are no specialists. I think attaching professionals to them will be a misnomer. I would rather prefer the word "professional" to be an adjective on its own, because, as far as I know, professionals don't settle for less. It's my pleasure to be in another programming course with another tutor in the space.

I know for sure that a good student compares and contrasts lectures from different lecturers for the purpose of understanding concepts better. Just like tutor @sergeyk asked about the obstacles, a non-studious attitude could be one, and if this is the case, I may end up mediocre and may not be able to figure out things myself (self-development). It is certain that if I could complete two courses in a week, I would be more enlightened, my learning speed would increase rapidly, and many concepts would become less ambiguous. So I chose to participate again.

One or more dots in the wrong place or failure to close a particular tag (I don't know if this is the right word to use here; I am still a student) may cause an error; a click on a button of the assumed completed app logs the user out. How can I fix this? I have no idea as a beginner, but I know my teacher will ask me to fix some mistakes someday. I may not be able to do so, but the language that best describes the error will sound new, but the point here is I have learnt something new today.

It's better to begin on the basis than delve into complexes that I cannot bear because I know for sure that this will get more complex than I can ever imagine. Getting my devices ready for the main work—a laptop, to be precise—will show adequate preparation. Am I ready?

Hello Derik, The app you made for me is experiencing an issue. Derik runs a series of checks. He has many things upstairs (on his brain), so he may not remember the date of expiration of the token, so he runs a check on this. If there are still more months before a seizure of authentication, then he moves on to the next check. That could be a database check. Contacting third parties could be necessary, especially for those that provide third-party services. A lot could be done by Derik as a programmer because this is his work for me, knowing how could be a big problem.

I want to be a programmer; what do they do?

This will answer this question. Imagine I am approached to make a development on an app, and then I am given something like a source code, which I could find out myself. As a programmer, I need to know other essential codes like the front-end (e.g., HTML, Java script, etc.), the back-end, server-side programming language (e.g., PHP, Python, etc.), and version control, etc. The other time I heard a programmer ask, What database is Steemit built on? And I heard an answer that put me in the dark cloud. I was left in confusion because I knew nothing about What database is Steemit built on. And I heard an answer that put me in the dark cloud. I was left in confusion because I knew nothing about what they were talking about; I drowned in the seas of the 0's and 1's.

In the world of programming we have the wizards; the main wizards are the programmers; they are people with innovative spirits; they control the digit world with their fingertips; pressing codes is their architectural design; they transform industries' digital systems (I can fix many issues in my bank with just my mobile phone; as a customer care representative, I can attend to as many repetitive questions all because a programmer did some job that makes my work easy).

Programmers, like other professions, have specialities; we have mobile app developers and cyber security that are active to protect users from cyber attacks.

Programmers, as I said earlier, run a series of tests, designs, coding, and debugging on applications, systems, and tools. As a developer, problems are analysed and put into languages the computer can understand to make it easier to use.

To be a programmer, you should have experience using the internet and applications because you may be asked someday to fix most types of errors you encountered as a user. You should be an Internet freak. I wouldn't love to discourage that Baker or driver on the street from learning programming, but as a driver, are you exposed to something related to programming? Do you have time in the week to look at your computer? Can you operate it? If you can't, then programming isn't the first thing to learn because acquaintance is prior.

Pros and cons, I feel most of it is up there. My little advice is don't stop programming; practice relearning previous assignments over and over again. The obstacles could be consistent, which I said before now. Programming is a progressive word, and for that reason, it is a journey.

My journey to attain mastery is built on my ability to compile different courses like what I am doing now. I invite @khursheedanwar, @xkool24, and @miftahulrizky to join this contest soon.

Thank you for taking part, I called it Lesson 0-warm-up.
The text mentions programmers as people with an innovative spirit and magicians of the digital world. However, the clear definition of programmers as specialists who write code is not entirely clear.
You write that programmers are engaged in testing, design, coding and debugging.
And in general, the text is difficult to read, it is somewhat torn, not very clear and contains general phrases.
No one has answered the main question yet, some have only touched on it. Although the answer is in my text about this contest.

You made mention of freewrite, and you said my writeup are some how torned and complex to read, pls which part is that?, because I have used real life examples and a little of what I know programmer do converting into a freewrite. Like the part of hello derik, if you read intently you will know what I mean and you can give me corrections there too, you highlighted my point that programmers are involved in testing and debugging, is it true, don't programmers code application like I mean "coding"
