Who are you trying to please?

Galatians 6: 8 warns us of something very important, each one of us is always looking for a way to please, but who do we want to please? To God or to the world? To the Spirit or to the flesh?

We live in a world where everything is currently about fitting or adapting, especially young people! We are constantly being bombarded today and with more power than before.

The enemy constantly uses the young man's desire to fit or belong to a group, and everything is related to fashion, trend, popularity and self-esteem, that's why the enemy is attacking, and we must be aware of that. It is important that each person is attentive to this, parents should help their children feel satisfied and loved by themselves, and let them know that God loves them as is, no matter if they are tall, short, skinny, chubby, it does not matter their skin color or social status God loves them that way.

All young people must also keep in mind their role and courage, in the eyes of God we are all equal, and the Sovereign King is who we have to try to please every day, to thank him for who we are or for what we have, because in the end God gives and takes away, He has the last word, and sees our hearts. That is why I advise all children and young people, adults and the elderly, to seek the approval and acceptance of God above all, because the world and its desires pass, but God and his word remain forever.

@gloriana071, our first choice in everything must be God and although the world offers us all kinds of attraction to make us fall into it we must not give in because we are to please God before men.

Certainly our passage through this world has the days counted by what the ephemeral will happen and we must consider God in our lives, with your publication remember the verse of Matthew (Matthew 24:35). Thank you for sharing your thoughts sister @gloriana71. God bless you.
