Boycotting Youtube and Google - Deleting my Accounts - A call to Humanity

Due to recent censoring of many channels and also draconian control over the flow of information through Google and Youtube, I have decided to completely remove myself from these platforms.

I used to keep a google account, for music playlists and watching youtube videos. But I have decided to leave the platform entirely.

Today I deleted my google account completely and I encourage everyone who is still keeping an account on the side to do the same.

During this plandemic and corona scare, with the enforcement of ever-increasing orwellian laws being imposed, enough is enough!!

Their power lies in the hordes of Users remaining registered on their websites.

It is in my opinion time to bankrupt these entities by making their user base drop in ways that the corona-virus was supposed to make us drop dead.

We do not need any violent protests, we also do not need to beg these companies to abstain from censorship, we just need to show them that we do not give a rats ass about their survival.

I had kept my account for so long, since I did not want to lose my access to all the great music I had saved for myself.
But the entire streaming model that youtube has conjured into this world, has been hurting the very great artists I was hoping to keep access to anyways, I was a part of the problem in that regard just as much as Youtube/Google.

If we would do this collectively together, creating a massive flood of users leaving their platforms and migrating to other services, we can make more of a dent into their propaganda war, than trying to fight it on their own platform.

The Time has come to act responsibly and as a whole, humanity must come together for a radical protest of those institutions and corporations that hold an excessive amount of power over our freedoms as citizens of this planet.

I produce music and had a freshtunes account, which only allows registration if you own a FB/Google/VK account, I removed all of my albums and asked for deletion of my account also there, while letting them know, I will not be using a service that forces me to be registered to these large corporations without giving me an option to create an account using a neutral email address.

For the meanwhile I have to make do with the fact that my music is now only available on Bandcamp. I sacrificed my Spotify, iTunes, Amazon distributions by deleting FreshTunes.

All these sacrifices are worth it to me, considering the situation we are facing at the moment.
The time for hoping that things end up just okay are over.
The Global Situation is deteriorating, as we witness the oh so liberal west, crumble into total authoritarianism before our very eyes.

ACT now. Shall we allow the genocide and fascism of WW2 to come back to life? Will we allow history to repeat itself?
Being mindful that if we allow this to happen, we will be faced with a situation far worse and horrific than any of the world wars experienced by humanity up to this point.
