Lhoksukon - After several months in the People Search List (DPO), M. Rizal (25), the suspect of sexual abuse of a minor succeeded in being arrested by the police on Friday (06/15/2018).
The suspect was arrested while at his residence, in the Leubok Pusaka Village, Langkahan District, North Aceh Regency, at around 22.00 WIB.
The Brightness of the North Aceh Police Criminal Investigation Unit Iptu Rizki Kholiddiansyah, the suspect was arrested for his depraved act to infect his own brother-in-law on Thursday (02/15/2018) then at around 07.30 WIB.
That morning, the 15-year-old victim was wanted to be taken to school by the suspect.
However, on the way the suspect passed the school and took the victim to Bukit Tengkorak in Lubuk Pusaka Village, Langkahan District.
Arriving there the suspect then fucked the victim.
The victim had asked why he was going to school. However, the culprit answered, 'Just come along, the candy brother will be 8000, said Reskrim.
As a result of his actions, suspect M Rizal was charged under Article 81 jo. Article 82 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning child protection, and Article 47 of the Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat's law.
