Poetic Film Review: Finding Neverland (2004)

In the realm of fantasy and dreams we roam,
Where Peter Pan and Barrie find their home.
A tale of friendship, love, and loss,
Captured on screen, at great cost.

Johnny Depp shines as the playwright bold,
His heart of gold, his stories told.
Kate Winslet, a widow's grace,
Brings life to Sylvia, in every place.

But alas, the script falls short,
Forcing drama where it ought not.
A missed opportunity, a tale untold,
Leaving viewers wanting more, feeling cold.

Yet in the end, a spark of light,
A moment of truth, shining bright.
For in Neverland, we find our way,
To childhood dreams that forever stay.
