When will we feel the pain of others...

in #life6 years ago (edited)

Hi all Steemians,
I know my this blog post is totally out of context of what i am currently working on...How to make money online.
But i am forced to write this post...because of my interaction with a begging couple...both must be aged above 70.
They were wearing torn out clothes, bare foot, and i think the man was partially or completely blind. And what they were asking for.....Money to get them bread...!!
They had nothing to do with world,politics,religion,soccer,cricked,hollywood....nothing...simply something that could settle their hunger.
And friends, this is hard fact of life. We are among the luckiest that we dont have to think about food, shelter, clothes, money. But we always seek what we dont have...more and more luxuries and take everything that we have for granted.
If we think in the perpectives of under previliged people, we wont ask for anything. We should feel the pain of our fellow people...not only human beings but all living creatures. They are also here to make a good living.
So my friends, the gist of this post is that we should feel the pain of people around us and help them in all possible manner. LIVE AND LET LIVE....
Thanks

Our government should plan and help the old, because we would all grow old one day and would need support too.

We must therefore seek the cause elsewhere than in want of money, for that pains of the mind and from this arises the happiness of the poor.
Nice article...

yes hamza,
Its the duty of we people who by grace of God are well being to help them in all possible ways.

hunger is getting ridiculous... let's live for others @vihanehal ,let us become great by giving and caring for all give love, give more nd spread @hope for @humanity 2gether hope not out ...

very well thought...thumbsup.

You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence:

So my friends, the jist of this post is that we should feel the pain of people around us and help them in all possible manner.
It should be gist instead of jist.
