Very interesting post. Many people who contribute and are hire to provide help to ease the flow of work and or family responsibilities were/are often times are undervalued. Back during slavery "wet nurses" were does who would breastfeed other womens children were also minorities/slaves. Again, under appreciated and discriminated.
