Are You a Spectator or The Star of Your OWN Life? 🌟

Are you a spectator or the star of your own life?

Did you receive a script of your life at your birth? Not me in any case. And that's good too! It is actually very good that you can write the script yourself. Otherwise you already miss the fun. Nobody can make you a star. You already got that place. How do you design your place in such a way that you enjoy yourself? That you feel happy and that there is clarity?

From the sidelines or in the field?
Do you really feel that you are fully participating in life? Do you feel vibrancy flowing through your body? Do you have enough energy to do the things that make you happy? Do you enjoy yourself on your path? Do you really feel like living? Do you feel involved or do you look a bit shy from the sidelines, to what others do? What can you do to keep yourself sharp? What can you do to really experience life? When are you the star of the piece of your own life? I thought, I name 5 essential ingredients.

Are you alive and kicking?

Curiosity killed the cat

At this moment I have a music stand up. Writing and listening to a song that I'm going to sing with the band soon. Multi-tasking. But what happens? Something in me is on. Call it my creativity. Curious I let me take part with the music. I listen, I want to know more and if I let myself flow with this energy, I am a number of songs. Is not this delicious! Are you stuck? Give your curiosity free rein and you will be on the trail of possibilities, passion and desires. Get inspired. Your energy level has risen again.

Are you going out?

To be the star of your life, you have to go on course. That may sound logical. Still, to stay with the cats, not everyone has the same size of territory. For example, I had a cat that did not come out of the garden and a cat that was greeted by everyone in the neighborhood. How far can you get out of your safe environment? Do you hide behind wide shoulders, fears, habits and assumptions, ifs and buts? Or are you allowed to take a break from yourself and are you greeted here and there and do you get a crab on your nose and elsewhere?

Wait until you weigh one of us?

Stop waiting! I can really tell a story about this. I have literally written a notebook about it. What are you waiting for? Or are you going and do you see where you end up? Whatever you are waiting for (the right offer, the right size, the best season, love, or whatever), nobody comes to save or help you, you really have to get started yourself. Do you notice that you are waiting? Take yourself by the hand and just go do it!

How long is your nose?

Do you ever go around a block? Do you ever drive a different route than you are used to? Do you always go to the same supermarket? Do you enjoy talking to people who agree with you or are you trying something different? Do you spontaneously pick up a book that you would never actually open? Be surprised by life. Look at other colors, different shapes, taste, smell, try. And feel what that does with your liveliness

Are you aware of the art of living?

How do you get out of your bed? Do you have an intention for your day? Are you aware of how you feel? Do you think about who you are? Or do you let the things go? Are you blindly entering the day? Are you really not so concerned with how you feel? Do you think it's great that others determine your life? Or not, but do not you do anything about it? Do you practice skills to come to yourself? Are you practicing to experience who you are? Is it important to you how you feel and do you want to feel as good as possible and do everything for it? Do you know that does not happen just like that, but that you can practice in it? Do you know that you are already on your path? Do you know that it is really a matter of practicing to be aware of yourself and where your attention is? Do you allow yourself to practice, fall and stand up and go for your happiness and health?

Finally

I would like to hear from you what your favorite ingredients are. What makes you stay alive and kicking. It all seems so obvious, but I do not think that is the case. As a human being, we have so much potential and only a small part of it. I told myself last to a friend: "I think I'm at 50%". That actually felt very nice. I am very curious about the other 50%. I know that I have enough tools to discover that in a relaxed way. Maybe you want that too. Feel free to contact me. I think it's fantastic to work with people who really want to work with clear handles and a clear goal in mind.
