The wind of change: The breeze to change the world

It is not easy to make a difference, I now realize why the ways of a man has to be rough before he can succeed. @leadent360 has been cooking up a lot of things behind the scene for some months now and I assure you it will wow you.
The first question I want to ask is when we seek change, do we refer to profits or ideologies? Believe me, both will serve a purpose, one for a brief while and another for a lifetime.

@infovore once told me never to think of temporary gains (at least not in those exact same words) but to form a bond that will leave this site. I realized upvotes were good, but a good relationship was better.
I realized that you won't have so many chances to make an impression, so make use of the ones given to you so you don't end up envying others.

Total dependency has never been my strong suit, so whenever I propose a project, I bring 60% to the table and expect 40% from external sources.
The mistake people make when it comes to effecting change is that they leave most of the real work for others to do while they simply lay back and expect to bask in the glory. If you don't work your idea, you won't work at all. An idea is only as good as the person executing it and if you have the wrong execution mindset, you are doomed.

Like I will always say, the blockchain can be anything you want it to be and all you have to do is have a good imagination, the ability never to quit, a fire to execute and a thirst for more. That is the real recipe for change.
I remember when I started the first Steemit In Nigeria campaign, it was hectic, at some point, I felt the real meaning of frustration, I felt like "was it going to work" I even got broke in other to see it come true, whenever I see so many meet ups springing up, I feel so proud that me and my team were able to fan the flames of change.

I could have stayed back, I could have played it safe, I could have chosen not to take any risk or expect others to do the work for me, instead I didn't, I played the music and I had to dance to it. Trust me when I say I had an amazing dance and so did a lot of people.

Succeeding or failing is dependent on the mindset we carry about, the change won't come if we sit on our hands and simply wait for a miracle, it will only come when we stop wishing and start acting.
It saddens me when I see beautiful ideas down the drain, I mean someone cooks up a beautiful plan, gets support and gingers on, stops when the support is not like before and abandons a potential game changer for momentary gain.

It is time we start taking responsibility for our actions and it is time to change the blockchain and change the world.

If you want it do be well, you have to roll up your sleeves and be at the forefront.

People most times will buy into ideas partly because of the passion they see you put into it.

Believe and passion can also be contagious.

Thank for you for been a pathfinder.

Man of wise and expensive words...

Hello @ehiboss.

This for sure is a masterpiece. I was particularly blown away by this line..

The mistake people make when it comes to effecting change is that they leave most of the real work for others to do while they simply lay back and expect to bask in the glory.

I would say that many don't want to soil their hands and offer the necessary sacrifice before expecting good and positive results. This is the major problem of Mankind

Excellently written.

I really had to read this writeup line by line till the end. Even the Holy book made it very clear that heaven helps those who help themselves. So one has to make some moves in life to be successful and not sit and hope for a miracle that might never happen. Thanks for sharing this extraordinary writeup I am not only motivated by it but I have also learnt some lessons.

I could have stayed back, I could have played it safe, I could have chosen not to take any risk or expect others to do the work for me, instead I didn't, I played the music and I had to dance to it.

That is the language of winners. Is there any wonder why you have come out this way, pure gold refined with fire. You are a fighter.
