It's a very sad reality that the Steemit team only gives votes to reputed people, those who have been followed by @steemcurator01 or @steemcurator02 are getting votes in abundance. Even those who aren't engaging much but take a little time to post are also earning significantly. I have proof that some people just resteem posts of their brothers or friends, and if steemcurator01 is already following them, then steemcurator01 supports their brothers, friends, and everyone. In this way, the hard work of those who are genuinely hardworking is going to waste.
