On April 17th, the two confirmed that they have been dating for over one year. Following the dating confirmation, the two have been a hot topic and fans have found a surprising fact between the couple. Back in an interview with fashion magazine 'Elle Korea' in 2016, Lee Yikyung mentioned that he was a fan of Jung Insun!

On the interview, Lee Yikyung talked about his now-turned-to-be-girlfriend idol. He said, "Actually, there is one actress that I have been looking to for a long time. She is Jung Insun, an ex-child actress. She is three years younger than me but every time I see her on TV, I feel happy. When I do the script reading with her, it felt strange." Lee Yikyung also said that he would like to act together with Jung Insun in future.
