IMPORTANCE OF RABBIT URINE(PEE)
Hello steemians, I am very happy to share with you guys my steemit powered rabbitry project that I started on the 24 of April 2021 with a total number of four rabbits, 3 does and 1 buck. With resources from steem Cameroon especially advised from @thegreens on one my post in which he said they is a lot I can write about my rabbit farming project. That is why I will be sharing with you guys today the reasons why I decided to start rearing rabbits and also the THE IMPORTANTS OF RABBIT URINE in agriculture.

The reason why I decided to start this rabbit farming project is to educate, inform and learn from my fellow Steem Cameroonian about the importance of rabbit urine in our society and to agriculture. Rabbit urine is used as INSECTICIDES , PESTICIDES and as FERTILIZER .

Rabbit urine is very helpful to farmers when it comes to organic crop production. You will keenly agree with me that fertilizer and pesticide are the most limiting resources during the production process. One of the cheapest sources of fertilizer and pesticide in organic farming is the use of rabbit urine. Reasons been that rabbit urine contains the highest level of nitrogen compared to other farm animals and this is because rabbits barely drink water. The phosphorus and potassium contents in rabbit urine are of appreciable level good enough to eliminate deficiencies of these nutrients in the soil; hence it enhances even the growth of crops in an organic farm.

Because rabbit urine is very rich in nitrogen, it is very effective on vegetables crops like cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, watermelon and other vegetables at any stage of growth. It can also be used at early stages of other crops like maize.

Thanks for reading my next post on steemit powered rabbitry project will be educating my fellow steem Cameroonian on how to apply rabbit urine (pee) as pesticide, how to store the urine before use and also the importance of rabbit meat to the human body. Thanks once more @thegreens for your comment which has inspired me to bring up this piece to create awareness.

@evan30 awesome initiative, I'm a rabbit breeder too I love when I see the knowledge about these amazing creatures being shared out. @thegreens was right rabbits are very interesting. The highest quality meat, best organic manure & fertilizers, requires less space to start up and they don't disturbed. Check out my page one Facebook Rabbit Nation
