My Actifit Report Card: September 14 2024
I had no work yesterday. In the morning I went to a funeral and went home around 11:30 am.
I had some rest and in the afternoon, I did the laundry. Afterwards, I cleaned some parts of the room.
Before 6 o'clock we went to a sports center and walked for about 30 minutes with my wife.
