This is me @kathy-cute from Philippines and you are here Reading my Blog. I hope you all are enjoying the 12th season here. I am participating in the first week of this season. This is my participation in a contest Tips to Help Us Grow.

Experienced people should have come to the ground and tell the newcomers about the ways how they can improve their work here. What steps should they take to grow here fast. I know how difficult is here to start a journey without a mantor or guide. So in my few months journey here, what I have learned I will share it with you people here.

Having a good and experienced mentor or guide

Without a guide or mentor, learning Steemit is a bit difficult job. Here it's too many things you don't know when you are new. You don't know how to give presentation to you posts, which things should be included and which should be avoided.

When I joined here Steemit I didn't know anything. My friend shahid joined me here. He was new that time too but have more experience than me. I quit Steemit for almost 4 months as soon as I joined it, because of my study. Now past one month when I joined it again and I started asking things to shahid, he was now a very much experienced one. He tell me everything A to Z completely with perfection. He told me all the important things I have to follow and those I have to avoid.

So in my opinion if you have such friend, who can guide you then you are the luckiest one. I still ask him things if I face some difficulties.

Proper use of markdown

This thing I have learned from shahid. He used to told me always to put best and proper markdown to your articles. It will give you presentation to your post and more beauty. People will find it too much attractive.

The curators check the markdown, if it's perfect their is more chances you can get an Upvote. In Steemit the quality of your post mostly depends upon your markdown.

Be active and consistent

Consistency is very much important here. If you give good time here to Steemit, their is more chances you can grow fast. Always try to be active, engage with people, comments them reply them. This is the best strategy of growing your account fast.

ideally you must have to do one post perday. For newcomer I would suggest even two posts perday. Try to do atleast 20 comments on other's Posts. Replies to other comments too. Keeping your Voting CSI high is important too. Atleast give 10 votes to other and 15 maximum. It will keep you alive on Steemit.

Participate in weekly engagement challenge

These are the major contest organized here. Every week 7 contest of this level is organized. Try to participate in all these. If you win these contests you will be given an Upvote from the steem curators team.

You can also receive reward if your post is of high quality. If curator01, and curator02, gives you an Upvote it's the same as of winning price of the contest. An Upvote will increase your reputation, which will increase your winning chances in contests.

Always use copyright free materials and give them the proper citation and source.

Don't ever use any copyright images. The images must be of free source. Other than free sources, you can't use any picture or thing like that.

Despite of being copyright free, you should have to give them the proper citation or source. One can easily check where this image is taken from, when he/she click on that link.

AI is strictly prohibited.

SOURCE

Here on Steemit the content should be 100% human. You can't use any AI website or tool for writing your post.

If you are caught with that practice, your account will be down voted by the Curators. A down vote will be displayed on your account, which will show you are a decisiver, you post is not steem exclusive. These are not your own thoughts and views.

Conclusion

These are certain steps you can follow for growing your account fast. I am looking forward to use all these tips and guidence on my account, but I am little busy with my academic studies. Now I am again free, so I will give too much time to my account, and I hope I will reach it to 65 plus reputation just in 2 months. These are the things I have learned from my mentor and this is his personal life experience.

My deep heart invitation to my dear friends: @janemorane @suboohi @irlandakarina @katherine012
Have a nice Day ahead.I know You must be someone beautiful with a beautiful heart. I know you must be someone cute/handsome. I wish you too many blessings in life.
