Hello my dear Steemians,

What do you do when you are somewhere visiting some training, visiting seminars or maybe due to your work? For me, I try to visit as many interesting places around as possible, because we never know when we will be there next time and also if we will have time and opportunity to visit the same place. Who knows maybe we will not find anything interesting at this place and that will save your time during next visit, because then you will know that this place has nothing interesting and you can just skip it.

Luckily our hotel in London was very close to main sightseeing of the capital , I have heard a lot about Trafalgar place and actually the name I remember only because of the famous "Battle of Trafalgar" painting where it was a scene of battle between British Royal Navy and French and Spanish navies. Because of that I always wanted to visit that Trafalgar square and was pleased to find that it is very close to our hotel.

Just about five minutes walk and we were at the edge of a square, just in background there is another magnificent building of National Museum, we were here in the evening but then in the morning just on the way to training I decided to make some photos because of the sunlight s on the top of the building but also because it was not crowded.

From the same place just in front of the museum we can see to right side and have a glance at Trafalgar square with Napoleon on the top of pillar, there is fountain behind the statue that is also very well seen from here.

China Town in Soho

*When we continued our walk we then noticed thousands of red lantern overhanging the streets from one building to another, hey were all the same colour and shape. That only meant China Town.

I was very excited because I read a lot but never visited China Town big like that, that is why decided to go through those street to see what was a feeling. There were many people and as always everywhere were restaurants to sit in or outside, take away and just delivery service. Everything was clean and tidy.

That was a gate, there were always many people doing photos, selfies and just meeting up at the gate.

Understandably we were not able to stay longer here because we had to rush to you training and later we had a nice walk and were able to visit many places, just for sit in for a drink and in other places had something to eat. It was nice evening in China Town. Evening is absolutely crowded, so we did not have any chances for photos and just enjoyed our time.

*Hope you will find the photos nice too :)

So fascinating to see all the different cultures amalgamated in a single place.

The Trafalgar Square has it's own charm indeed with a rich history as you mentioned. I'm extremely fond of reading about history but never had the chance of reading in depth about the wars between the French and the Englishmen. Our own subcontinental and Arabian history is so vast that it took me years and years to read about it.

Hopefully one day I'll visit London and be able to experience all these historical places on my own.
