Hello my dear Steemians,
You have me today again and this is what happens when I am off, but from tomorrow on I am back to work so you will not have much critical posts from me because of my time and also because I have to concentrate on more serious stuff. @myskye is also back to his DIY work around our castle that we want to bring to its old shine, there is much that he need to do and as always the people in the past build without machinery and of course without AI help that is why some walls have bumps and ceiling or even floor could be higher on one side and lower on other, that then needs a lot of different tricks to balance that difference in order to place timber planks and tiles. We are progressing well from that point and I am really loving the work that my hubby does, once this little corner of corridor is finished I definitely show you the pictures before and after.
Now back to the main topic of my post and you see that I decided to use my Steem Painting as a main image for the post because it is about Steem and Steemit and its inhabitants.
There was a lot said yesterday, I actually planned to spend my day differently, it is autumn and we had planned to do work in garden, but the weather did not want to play with us and we had cold mist coming up from cold North sea, that was mysterious like in a movie "the Mist", that is why I was in Steemit and actually noticed only hours later that it is already afternoon.
Looking back and analysing what we are doing and achieving here sometimes I think why we are doing that. Seeing what some other users do who do not contribute to eco-sytem but think about themselves are benefiting the most.
Is that then best and easiest way to get benefits of this type of platforms like Steemit.
Perhaps we simply should use the advantages of recognised services like:
delegate your SP and just do a random post like this one and wait till Upvote account give you your daily upvote and daily dividends. You are happy, going to work and coming back without thinking what is happening and it actually has nothing to do with you
or maybe to have a circle of friends upvote and comment them and be happy
When I started writing there were a lot I wanted to write but as often it is sometimes we loose the thread of our thought and that happened to me.
Anyway, important thing that I wanted to tell is probably that we should appreciate each other and also do not forget what some users have done to make this place on Steemit as it is now.
We should not forget that there is always a person behind the account name and often the person will not tell you all the truth about them, often we share good thing because nobody wants to listen and also upvote bad things. The same like if you post a little cute cat with huge eyes, everyone will come and support that, try to post any ugly rat likely the post will receive nothing.
I just wanted to tell you, that we need to remember good things that people do and even after some time we should remember that there is no time limit, the good things that we do should not pale off and disappear.
The people who got or even now getting support from someone should appreciate it and give that back as a help, as a supportive words and show that we appreciate them.
*We will see how it will be and like we usually say after any milestone: "the life must go on!"

I like what you say, behind the username there's a person, my profile is of a very sincere man, I say NO easily, it's customary to say why not, I DON'T give reasons, simply NO or YES, and the truth is I don't think I'll change, it's quite difficult to find honest people and when we find them we don't appreciate them, so I'm a RARE specimen hahaha, but if I weren't me, I'd like to have an honest friend, who speaks to me sincerely, that way I'd know what to expect.
Yes, rats they are ugly, I remember while in University we had some experiments with rats and when entering the lab, it was very uncomfortable feeling when all the rats freeze and were watching just you, following with their eyes, I will never forget that feeling.
I like direct, sincere people it is easy to know who you are dealing with and what to expect. Often once we are grown up we do not change and that is good. Thank you for your comment it is a pleasure to read your comments every time when you visit my posts :)

Wow, that one is cute, but also it has more colourful fur, our lab rats were just white and of course, red eyes, they were probably albino rats. Yours one look happy little rat :)

I share your point of view, and is that one of the main objectives of the platform is to interact and support each other (in community), otherwise, it would only be a for-profit activity, with no intention of giving added value to the ecosystem.
We should be grateful with the reward system, using our voting power in a communitarian way, especially if we have obtained such rewards through the support of other users, without the need of an initial monetary investment. Can you imagine me delegating to a bot service to obtain fixed rewards, knowing that my SP has increased thanks to the community support programs?, it would be very ungrateful if I did so.
Thank you @adeljose for your comment, no, I can not imagine you delegating to bot, you are not a person who likes automatic service. You are the person who likes communicating and I sometimes have a feeling that it is even maybe therapeutic for you, am I right?
I think it is important to know where is the limit and do not have burn out, that is something that can happen easily and definitely not healthy. Nice to have you around and wishing you nice Sunday!
Of course, Steemit has been, is and will be a space where I enjoy being.

Mice, mice are glorious in their beauty. Cats, 🐈 are glorious in the beauty of cats. Changing only in the light of our perspective. By community I mean starting and finishing things together while maintaining a lack of coordination. Making everyone focus on the community by correcting each other's mistakes. Exchange ideas by upvoting and commenting on each other's posts.
And the most opposite and painful system of the community is to avoid contact with new members. Which can never be right with the meaning of the word community.
So, let us continue to carry the community forward with love and educate ourselves with the love of all, all, Amen.

Yes, I noticed too, once there are new people we kind of sit back and wait when those people get known and we can engage. That is a reason why many newcomers come, stay around and leave, it is a pity.
I think as a very small steemian, without qualifying as a new or old user, is their post free of duplicates? What is the quality of the writing? What is the quality of the picture? Are you writing regularly? Finally, do you follow the rules of the community? I think that criteria should be determined by taking all these into consideration.

I think that it is not worth offending an ugly rat, because it can always be compared with an even uglier blobfish, which may not share people's views on the ugliness of the rat and will look at it as something magnificent and perfect, just as a blobfish looks at another blobfish :)
I can imagine, on other hand you know there is even then might be some people who will find it nice. So many people so many tastes.
