Thank you Sunita for being a partner in our journey. You are right we need to be flexible and often even though we are in our comfort zone but when seeing benefit from this new change we should try it and see how that will change the mentality of users.

There are Steemians who find it difficult to write a post but they are great commenters. If you visit the comment contests you will see how they actively engage comment and reply and.. you will frequently see the same people join these contests. There are also those who never post but do support and comment on those who do. Why not reward them? Without commenters, the platform will be without energy.
I hope you will find good commenters and will reward them because I noticed many of those good comments are way better than the average post. Can be they go unnoticed and it would be could if the hashtags in the comment section would work as well, but those comments exist.
