Merry Christmas Steemians🎄

I finally finished work 👩🏻‍💻, enjoyed a little window shopping before tier 4 lockdown in Cambridge kicks in 🛍and ate lunch at Yo Sushi 🍣. I also reluctantly postponed our ill fated trip to Brighton in a few days. I had wanted to escape for several days and soak in a different scene but we shall have to wait for the pandemic to pass 😷

We are playing Santa this evening 🎅🏼🍷and hope the kids don’t wake up in the middle of the night to open their presents 🎁 I have caught a cold (no dry cough or high temperature!) so I look like Rudolph this evening 😪

Soon after Christmas, the decluttering begins and I pack away the decorations with relief whilst moving on unloved toys and clothes. Perhaps it’s reassuring that our lives are cyclical ❄️
