Title: City of dreams.

Our city! Often called a city of dreams, you can see it reflected in art, films, literature, and poems due to its enchanting and complex nature of existence. The city originally belonged to the Koli community and was founded by the British in modern times 150 years ago. You will inevitably find someone here from some corner of the country, from some village or alley.

This city has effortlessly embraced people of many castes, religions, sects, and languages since the British era, for almost 150 years. This city not only gives you a new identity but also the freedom to work anywhere, anytime, and in any field.

It has the capacity, possibility, and strength to fulfill the dreams of all these people. From the person living in the luxurious skyscraper to the person living in the nearby slum, this city has provided shelter to everyone. That’s why everyone who comes here feels this city is their own. They form a relationship with it. And this relationship transforms into a big family where everyone lives together, supporting and caring for each other.

Here, kings have become paupers and paupers have become kings,
yet the grandeur of this city has never diminished and will never diminish...

The sea that surrounds it on three sides seems to give people the strength to fight fate. When you have to go out for work, within a few days the spirit of the place starts calling you, and your mind longs to return. Such is the resilience power of this city that it pulls you back.

Like a mermaid just emerging from the sea...
