Two weeks ago I had lunch at a restaurant in Cesenatico where we ate excellent Italian food. Today I had the idea to write a short post about Italian cuisine and show the photos of these dishes.
The dishes that were prepared for us were excellent, but not only were they good, they were presented in front of our eyes in an impeccable way.
In this restaurant, L’acquadela in Cesenatico (Forlì-Cesena, Italy), the customer is treated in the best way and the food is undoubtedly of quality.
We had fish ravioli and mussels tarantina style (you can see the two dishes in the photos).
I want to take the opportunity with this post to show Italian food cooked in an excellent way.
I did some research on the internet and it seems that worldwide the three most appreciated cuisines in the world are precisely the Italian one, flanked by the Japanese and the Greek one. I live in Italy and I admit that the few times I have been away from Italy I have never eaten as well as here in these places.
In Italy pasta is cooked very well, just like these fish ravioli, and we also have pizza.

Due settimane fa ho pranzato in un ristorante a Cesenatico in cui abbiamo mangiato dell’ottimo cibo italiano. Oggi mi è venuta l’idea di fare un breve post sulla cucina italiana e mostrare le foto di questi piatti.
I piatti che ci sono stati preparati erano ottimi, ma non solo erano buoni, si presentavano davanti ai nostri occhi in maniera impeccabile.
In questo ristorante, L’acquadela di Cesenatico (Forlì-Cesena, Italia), il cliente viene trattato nel migliore dei modi ed il cibo è indubbiamente di qualità.
Abbiamo preso dei ravioli di pesce e delle cozze alla tarantina (potete vedere le due pietanze nelle foto).
Voglio cogliere l’occasione con questo post di mostrare il cibo italiano cucinato in maniera eccellente.
Ho effettuato alcune ricerche su internet e sembra che a livello mondiale le tre cucine più apprezzate al mondo siano proprio quella italiana, fiancheggiata da quella giapponese e da quella greca. Io vivo in Italia e ammetto che le poche volte che mi sono allontanato dall’Italia non ho mai mangiato bene come qui in questi luoghi.
In Italia la pasta è cucinata molto bene, proprio come questi ravioli di pesce, inoltre abbiamo anche la pizza.
Date un’occhiata a queste foto in cui ho voluto rendere protagonisti due primi piatti italiani.
