"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 33: (Yummy Thai Soup Recipe with Prawn Fish )"

Heartfelt greetings and congratulations to all safe friends in the Steemit Iron Chef community. I hope all of my chef pals are doing well. Presenting delectable recipes to family members while having a great time. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I will share with you a Yummy Thai Soup Recipe with Prawn Fish in the contest : Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.33 was organized by @mariami mam in Steemit Iron Chef Community.

🧅🧅Ingredients🧅🧅

  • Maggi Thai Soup 1 packet

  • Shrimp fish 4 pis

  • Coconut milk 1cup

  • Ginger slices 1tsp

  • Ginger juice

  • Lemon rind

  • Chilli

Step 1:

Take a bowl and pour the entire mixture of Maggi Thai soup packet. Stir in two cups of normal-temperature water with a spoon so that the soup mixture mixes well with the water.

2nd Step:

To make coconut milk, add grated coconut to a cup of lukewarm water. Next, use a strainer to assist you in manually squeezing the coconut milk.

3rd Step:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns for 2 minutes. I caught four large prawns here with peeled tails.

4th Step:

When the prawns turn brown, pour the soup mixture prepared at this stage.

5th Step:

When the soup boils, I add 1 teaspoon of chili powder. And I cut ginger slices.

Sixth step:

Then I will burn the soup mixture for 3-4 minutes. After burning for 3-4 minutes, the mixture thickens and has a beautiful color.

7th step:

Now incorporate the lemon rind and juice into the soup. The lemon rind is the green top of the lemon that I cut and grated.

8th Step:

Along with that, I am also giving four green chilies and half a teaspoon of ginger juice.

9th step:

Then at the end, I gave the prepared coconut milk. I'll switch off the flame once I've mixed everything and allowed it to boil. Then the delicious yum soup recipe is ready.

10 steps:

Took a bowl for serving. Then I served the yummy soup recipe.

Conclusion:

Soup is very beneficial for our health. Soup provides essential nutrients to our bodies. Soup is healthy for everyone, young and old. Soup can be served as an afternoon snack for entertaining guests.
