On the occasion of our second anniversary, our meeting began promptly at 9 PM on the Steem for Bangladesh community's Discord server. In Total 40 users, both new and old, participated in the meeting. This was our longest and largest virtual event in the past two years.

For nearly three hours, Steemians from all corners of Bangladesh gathered on Discord. I would like to thank all the participants and our leadership team members whose cooperation enabled us to successfully complete the event as we had hoped.

With so many talented users we are gradually moving towards building a future on Steem. A principle of builds community through sincerity and unity has been demonstrated well by our fellow users over the past few years. Therefore, we are hopeful that this fan base can contribute to the maximum expansion and growth of Steem blockchain.

Many of our steemian friends couldn't attend our celebration due to their various issues, and August 27th was not a holiday, so many of them were delayed from attending, So through this post, I will try to highlight the entire meeting and invite you all to participate in our upcoming initiatives.

The meeting started on time and was completed in three phases, gave the opportunity to all users to maximize their involvement and share their opinions in this short period. User @jubayer687728 recited some religious verses very clearly and accurately, through which we all expressed our gratitude to the Creator and asked his help to make the Steem blockchain one of the most popular social media platforms in the world in the days to come.

Inspirational and devotional speeches:

• For the first hour and a half, eight members of our community leadership team presented their keynote speeches. Their speeches included the story of their journey on the Steemit platform, their stories of struggle that still exist and will always exist, their various initiatives, their dreams for Steem in the future and much more. The speeches of all our team members were inspiring, I feel very proud of this team after seeing their sincerity and guiding spirit towards all users. I have tried to build a community where there is unity, love not only virtually but also in the heart, I believe this will achieve the goal of networking through a social media platform, whether it is built on a blockchain.

User feedback and FAQs:

• For the next half hour we took feedback from users about the community. Apart from blogging on the Steemit platform, I think the family we have created is the biggest blessing for us on this platform. We received feedback from users about our friday weekly classes, they have appreciated this initiative very much, and I feel very good when I see the problems of various users being solved.

• It was very surprising that new users were able to learn about the rules of the steemit platform and the Steem blockchain in a short time through our meetings, which is why we did not receive any questions related to problems from anyone present in the entire meeting. I have tried to encourage users to improve their blogs, try to create new types of content, and participate in new teaching lessons rather than monotonous content.

Entertainment and celebration:

• The last episode was full of celebration. This episode has given a special touch to all our meetings, I am talking about entertainment phase. 12 users participated in this phase. Although I am not a good singer, I tried to recite a shayeri because I had committed to everyone in the previous meeting that I would participate in the entertainment. Two members of our leadership team along with other users turned the entire meeting into a festival through songs, rhymes and poetry. Everyone enjoyed this phase and requested to include more entertainment related topics in future virtual meetings of our community.

Finally all the episodes of our meeting ended here. Before ending the meeting, I as the host say some last words to everyone. I concluded the long 3-hour virtual gathering by asking everyone to stay active in the community and maintain engagement..

What next?

We don't want to be limited to just these virtual meetings. Our future goal is to increase the speed of the community by following the policies of the platform. Efforts will also be made to improve among community leaders as well as users because leadership members from each country serve as role models for users in their countries.

We are currently trying to start offline global meetups. Initially we are trying to organize meetups in different divisions of Bangladesh where leadership team members will organize meetups in their respective divisions and our community will provide them with all kinds of cooperation and support.

We currently have plans for 5 meetups which will be held in different districts of Bangladesh in phases. Below I am mentioning the names of the districts and organizers of the meetups.

I would like to thank our team member @mostofajaman and all the users present for the successfully completing the meetup through quick action and timely decisions. We have plans for two more meetups in September which will be held in two different districts of Bangladesh. Very soon we have a plan for a direct meetup in our capital city with the members of our leadership team where we can discuss future initiatives and planning for the community face to face.
