how are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. Now I am going to participate great comment contest from Health Steem by @hive-168205.

Good health is wealth. But many among us claim good health, do a lot of research on good health, and give a lot of lectures but do not apply that health to themselves. Yes, I am talking about those who smoke take drugs, and drink alcohol.
There are many in our society. There are people with knowledge who know how many serious problems these materials cause to the body, but still, we are unable to avoid these bad habits. As a result of this, terrible diseases like heart attack, stroke, cancer, and tuberculosis are created in us.

Through the context of today's health comments, I would like to say to those respected intellectuals, that you are our icons, we often go wrong and get addicted to drugs without knowing. Do it. Only if we can do that, we will find the meaning of good health.

Today, through this context, we all raise our voices "Abandon addictive substances and build a beautiful and healthy society".
