What do you understand by balanced diet?

A balanced diet meanning to eats on a changing of foods in the right of the amounts to give your body all the nutrients it needs to staying in healthy. This including on a good mixxing of fruits and vegetables the proteins to grains & healthy fats. It helpping to keep your body strongest on the supports growth & make sure you have the enough on the energy to get on through the day.

Effects of diet on overall health?

A good diet of the keeps your body healthy & strongest. It gives you energys to helpping to you feel good & very protective to you from getting ill. The eating un healthy food can make to you tired gain weight & cause health problems in the end of health.

I like to eat fruits to the vegetables on the proteins & the whole of the grains bcz they are the given to me energy & keep me healthy care . I avoiding to the junks of the food & sugary to the eat between meals so i can to the stay fit and feel good and fresh to every days.

From my experiencess to eating more of the fruits & vegetablling to every day is amazing for pause healthys. the including to the sway on the proteins be like chicken or the beans to the whole grainnings like brown rice & the drinking to the plenties of the water. the avoidin too much junks of food & try to eat freshing to the natural foods as much of the possibles.
