What do you understand by balanced diet?

A balanced diet means good food i.e. our diet includes everything that is necessary for our health,Like meat, vegetables, vitamin-rich fruits, etc.A balanced diet ensures our good health. However, if we are healthy, life is also good and peaceful.

As there is a famous saying that health is more than a thousand blessings.

  • Therefore, if we want to stay fit and healthy, we should be consuming balanced foods on a daily basis as much as possible.
Effects of diet on overall health.

There are many foods that are not good for our health, their consumption is harmful for our health, for example, fast food, cold rink, fatty foods, they not only have a bad effect on our health, but also make us prone to many diseases.When we consume fried foods and fast food, it creates fat on our body and we become fat day by day,And we start losing strength if we consume a balanced diet, it not only provides strength to our body but also protects us from many diseases,These foods include milk, eggs, meat, fish, fresh vegetables and fruits.The more we consume these foods, the more healthy and disease-free we will be.

What diet do you prefer for your health care?and why?

Exercise is very important along with a balanced diet to stay fit and healthy. Morning exercise helps a lot in maintaining our good health.It plays an important role in the prevention of many diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, respiratory disease etc.In the same way, I also use a balanced diet to keep myself healthy and exercise is very important in my life. Thanks to Allah, I am safe from all diseases and healthy.

Any diet suggestion on your experience that makes healthy.

I have also mentioned in my earlier question that if there is good health, then life is full of joy, otherwise life becomes meaningless, helpless and a victim of the mercy of others.So, keeping all these things in mind, I take special care of my health. When I was studying in university, I became very fat because of my negligence and fast food.But now we are very much concerned about our health and use food which is helpful for my health.I also experiment with home made Indigenous recipes and they are very good.

For slimming I must use ginger cinnamon and honey along with one lemon 🍋.And along with that I also consume healthy foods which contain fresh vegetables and fruits etc. which are rich in vitamins and make my body perfectly fit and strong.In the beginning I was not used to them so it was very difficult but now I have made myself used to them and thanks to Allah I am fine and healthy.
