Health = Physical Exercise - Contest

How are you all?Hope everyone is fine and enjoying their life i am also fine by the grace of Allah Almighty.Today the contest is very important because it is about our exercise.This contest was hosted by Healthy Steem and i am very thank full to the @hive-168205 to giving us the great opportunity. So lets start to the post,

Health = Physical Exercise

Do you exercise? Tell me what you do, how often, and if you have any kind of routine.

I like to stay more active by doing simple exercises. I enjoy a walking and to stretching every day to keep my body moving.

Sometimes I also do a light jogging or a yoga. I do not have any strict routine but I is try to exercise at least 3 to 4 times in a week. My focus is on to staying a healthy so I do what to feels good for my body. I do not push myself too the hard but I like to keep the things balanced. Exercise helps me to feel relaxed and a fresh.

How important is it for you to do some physical activity?

Physical activity is an important to me because it is helps me to feel good and to stay healthy. Even for a simple activities like a walking or an stretching make a big difference. Exercise can helps to clear my mind or to reduce stress and give me more energy.

It is also keeps my body too strong and a flexible. I do not need to do a lot but is doing some a physical activity regularly is a way to take care of myself. It is a part of staying a balanced and feeling better overall.

What benefits have you obtained from doing exercises?

By doing an exercises I have gained many of benefits. I feel more an energetic during the day and can be focus better on a tasks. It helps me to relax or lowers stress and to improves my mood.

Regular exercise is also makes my body stronger and I feel less tired. It keeps me more fit and I have noticed that I sleep better at a night too. I do not get sick often because it is boosts my health. Overall all exercise has helped me to feel better in both the mentally and a physically.

Do you exercise for health or to feel good?

I exercise for both the health and to feel good. Staying a healthy is an important and the exercise helps keep my body too strong and more fit. It also can improves my energy and to protects me from getting sick. But I also do it because it makes me to feel good.

When I exercise I feel more relaxed or less stressed and happier. It is a nice way to an refresh my mind and the body. So for me it is about for both the feeling healthy and to feeling good in my daily life.
