Today I am very happy to share my post on a very beautiful topic, Birthday, organized by FannyScobar Ma'am in the Steem For Ladies community.

First of all I would like to wish @fannyescobar mam a very happy belated birthday, which was on Sunday 15th September.

And I hope you had a great day and celebrated your birthday very joyously.

Birthday:

The anniversary of the birth of a person or an institution is celebrated as a birthday.

People's birthdays are often celebrated with birthday gifts, birthday cards, birthday parties in many cultures.

When we celebrate someone's birthday, we wish them not only a long life but also their growth as a person.

Birthdays are important for everyone. It is a special time for everyone, when they celebrate their life and experiences and bring family and friends together.

(1) What is the date of your birthday and what cake do you like on that special day?

By the grace of God, my birthday is celebrated on 30th August every year.

Although I like chocolate cake, red velvet cake, butterscotch cake, mango cake and pineapple cake, red velvet cake is my favorite cake.

My husband brings me any cake of my choice on my birthday every year.

(2) Are you one of those people who like to party to celebrate, or do you like to go out on that day?

I am one of those people who like to party to celebrate. But that party is not of many people but of my family members. That means I like to party with my family and also like to go out only with my husband.

(3) What do you usually do on that day?

On my birthday, after waking up and taking a bath, I like to go to the temple. So I definitely go to the temple with my husband every year. Then after coming back from the temple, we make a nice breakfast for everyone. Then we all have breakfast together.

After breakfast, my husband takes me to the market and brings me gifts of my choice. (Sometimes he even brings me very beautiful surprise gifts).

After that in the evening we all party together at home, cut cake, dance, sing songs. And then at night we have dinner together, this dinner is mostly brought from the market.

(4) Tell us which birthday of yours did you enjoy the most?

Although every birthday of mine is special, but every year I enjoy my birthday a lot.

But this thing is from 4 years ago, on 30 August 2020, my husband had organized a surprise party for me. Some of my special relatives and friends were invited in this and I was not even aware of this.

Then we all had a lot of fun together.

(5) What can not be lacking in your birthday celebration?

It is said that if a girl gets a good husband, then all her wishes are fulfilled. A good husband fills the void of a father and fulfills all the wishes of his wife. Now that I am married and my father is also not in this world, there can be no lack in my birthday because I have a good husband.

(6) What was that one birthday gift that you still have?

I have many gifts that I have kept very carefully.

Because gifts mean a lot to me, whether they are small or big, I like to keep gifts carefully.

But one of the oldest gifts I have is a watch that my brother gifted me in my childhood. That watch is a little worn out now but still I have kept it safely as an old memory.

(7) Are you one of those people who sing songs while wishing happy birthday?

For me birthday is an achievement. The day we were born.

I have also seen people who do not believe in celebrating birthdays and do not do anything special on birthdays. For them celebrating birthday means adding a year to their age.

But I am not one of those people. I love celebrating birthdays. I feel I don't know which birthday will be our last birthday. So why not live life to the fullest and celebrate birthday every year. So I love celebrating birthday by thanking God. And I wish everyone a very happy birthday.
