Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From 5 September to September 12, 2024

Dear steemit team;
It has come to an end of another week, which is week 22 of being steem representative.
Last week was very refreshing. I was actively on the platform, fulfilling my duties. Along the week, the engagement challenge contest began and almost all the topics were interesting and I wish to learn. More to my interests, a lot of steemians are enjoying the activities on the blog.
As a steem representative, I carried out my responsibility to the my best of my ability. I went round the blog and support users with my post and votes. I encouraged users on my whatapp group to make atleast a post on their blog to stay active and also to support users with their quality comments and votes.

I took part in the engagement challenge contest and I enjoyed the courses, they are beneficial and I hope users are benefiting as well.
The blog is really busy and I can say that this type of engagement challenge contest is fitting. No one lack content to create and also anyone that wishes learn a new skill, it is really interesting. I promoted this new initiative on my social media handle, my whatsapp status and I got a lot of comments and interest on it.
I commented and upvoted posts on the platform, I wasn't limited to few communities or countries I spread my vote evenly distributed, upvoted 283 posts.
I initiated a power up to boast my steem power, and it is my regular routine. I helped some users to also initiate power up and I explained the new engagement challenge contest to them so they can also benefits from it too.
Each week, I delegate some hours in my WhatsApp inbox, telegram and discord responding to messages from steemit users who needs help and encouragement to stay active and last week was not exceptional,I do this on a regular basis.
As a steem representative, I always make myself available and approachable by all who needs help. I took practical steps in helping users to the best of my ability. For example, through delegation, mentorship or any guidance that they needed.
As the week progresses, I hope to give maximum support as usual to the platform to the best of my ability and support activities initiated by the steemit team.
