Being addicted is always bad, not only to games. I think so.

I still play now and then. These days I only play Stronghold Crusader.

    Being addicted is always bad

    I agree with this. but still we become addicted to few things . Like using Mobile , chasing Money , playing game etc. :-)

    Cant find any solution.

      Nooooo! You need to differentiate between addiction and needs and habits and necessity.
      Using the phone, take for example, can fall into either category:

      • An addiction. In cases where the phone is used to play a game that the user feels uncomfortable without. But of course this is not an addiction to the phone but an addiction to the game.
      • A necessity. For example, in the case where we use applications that help facilitate our daily lives, such as telecommunications and banking applications.
