Hello friends how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day, today we are going to be gisting base on the idea of opening a new business

Now in general it is everyone's dreams in opening and setting up a new business and it's also their nightmare to have their business crumble due to lose.

Now when someone opens and set up a new business generally they are always very happy and excited to some extent that most of them even throw a party and most of them often starts with discount sales.

But the question still remains, why after all the celebrations of new journey then all of a sudden it ends in their doom and at the end most of them ends up frustrated.

And I can even take examples from most of the business men in our area, you will see them renting a shop or a spot today and after a while you won't see them opening again, so now why do they shutdown after opening?

Now the answer to this question ranges from a whole lots of things and they are;

• Bad location
• Poor business set up
• Bad/greedy servants

Bad Location

Now the main reason that causes people to shutdown their business is bad location, that is why marketing research is very necessary because it helps you to discover the needs of the customers in a particular area.

And with that it will help you to realise the kind of business or product customers in that area are interested in ans exactly what they need.

Poor Business Set Up

The setting up of your business is also necessary, as most customers are always very attracted to fancy businesses that is well set up and well organised.

Bad/greedy Servants

This is the main reason why most people have to shutdown their businesses, because when your servant or business manager isn't managing your business properly with continuous lose definitely you will have to shutdown for the meantime.

And I have been seeing this almost everywhere in our area, ranging from POS attendants, bet shop workers and supermarkets workers etc, all of them suffering the same fate because of bad workers or managers

All of the above mentioned are the main key reasons why most businesses collapsed within a short period of time, this will be where I'm going to call it a day I I hope you all enjoyed the article.
