The Diary Game || 16- 09- 2024 || Exercising With Stay-fit Team, Playing Football And Going To Work

Dear diary.

It was early in the morning when the darkness slowly surrender to the coming light and the shadow of the day shines directly to my window, i woke up to see a brand new day with a bright atmosphere, then I realized it is Monday, the first day of the week.

Because it's a new week, i decided to navigate my first day in two sections, first was to exercise with my fitness team which is obviously the stay-fit team, second was to go work so as to find what to keep on the table. I navigate my day this way to avoid too much stress or activities. Let's start with the morning session.

MORNING SESSION

After i carefully consider how my day would be, i stood from the bed and brush my tooth, took a fast bath and got ready for my fitness training. @Alli001 was already on the horizon so I had to wait for his arrival which he arrive in less than five minutes and we moved. It took us only 25 minutes to arrive our fitness playground and i must say that was fast because we boarded a public transportation.

Some members of the team were already there taking programs and we joined them. Coach @ngoenyi said that this week is for abdominal programs which means that my reason for exercising can be archive this week if i am serious, so i didn't hesitate to join Others in the following programs.

Plank.

Plank is one of the famous abdominal programs that helps in burning out fat and building a man six packs. We did this program by maintaining the Plank position and following the tabata song, following the tabata song we did eight repetition in four set and some people were exhausted because of the serious arms pains they felt. With endurance I managed to complete mine.

Those who couldn't completed Plank were told to do crunch and they were to follow the tabata song. This plank is done by sitting on the step board or anything above the earth surface with your two hands backward and lock your elbow, then push up your two legs and maintain the position.

So we stretch after the programs, we didn't exercise much because we wanted to play ball. We did ten or less minutes stretch to digest all the programs we already did for the day. So it time to play football.

You might be surprised why stay-fit decide to play ball on a Monday which we don't usually do. This was because we had a public holiday so the full team came out, because of that; our coach fix it a football Monday. So they selected people into two teams and each team were 14, that is three extra players in each team. We had team Blue and team yellow.

We had the likes of @alli001 @ngoenyi in team Blue while in team yellow, we were @benton3 @wizzyboy3 @fortwiz09 @chichigirl and me. The two teams played a wonderful football but team Blue smashed team yellow 7:1.team yellow only respond to 7 goals with only 1 goals, it was really a huge win for the team Blue team, anyways it was all for fun.

After the football, we had a little entertainment with a bottle of malt and groundnut, we really enjoyed the moment because it was special. Maybe it'll definitely takes a long time before we have another full house like we did because in Nigeria, public holidays are rare. After all the entertainment, we left as the clock was ticking faster.

AFTERNOON AND EVENING SESSION

It was actually my work day so i prepared to work immediately I got home. The evening session met me at my place of work. My kind of work doesn't observe public holidays, even when there's strike, all worker's must report themselves at the work premise. So I was actually late because of my first fitness training, this should shows you guys how seriously I takes my fitness training.

My first work of the day was repacking leakages, in a pure water company inside the production room, you must expect leakages because it comes everyday as long as theres work, sometimes it comes very small while sometimes it comes in a very larger quantity. So without panicking, i package all the good once, select all the leaks once and waste them, it didn't takes me much time as am already expertise in the field.

Later I went further to challenging the cutting machine i mean packing and packaging the new production waters, this one is always complicated because the machine is fast and it can easily drain ones energy. I was there till we closed for the day, we were progressive because we managed to store water on some places.

After i closed, I didn't have much things to engage in anymore and i think I already did enough, so i departed home to rest. So I departed home in the middle of the evening session when the daylight slowly lifted. I couldn't find anyone at home as they all went out, so it was me against the house, i first took a bath and rest for some hour's.

All the food in the pot was gone, nothing left so i went to the nearest profession shop to purchase some grains, when I got to the shop; a lot of people were already there so I had to exercise patience meanwhile hunger was killing me. After some minutes, it was my perfect opportunity to buy what i desired, so i bought grains, i mean rice.

I guess you're looking for a picture of me cooking right, if I guess right then the answer is i didn't snap, i was too hungry to snapped pictures, maybe next time i cook; I'll remember to snap.

So my dinner for the day was rice and I enjoyed it. It was actually a long day full of activities, so it was my perfect opportunity to rest; i couldn't resist the huge of sleep as I fall asleep till the day runs off. That was all about my Monday.
