What do you understand by the word "Rejection"

Rejection is denying or saying no to a proposal, request, etc. of someone. This is a natural phenomenon and we all dear to it in different areas of our life. Rejection can lead stress, disappointment or feelings of inferiority. Yet it can serve as a valuable learning moment for growth.

But rejection is a part of life and it makes us stronger, tougher people for having experienced the rowdiness. At other times, rejection will teach us something that helps to inspire even better work in the future.

Rejection is nuanced and affects us differently depending on circumstances. Further exploration of the rejection area provides some additional elements.

There are various types of rejection & I have shared fews below :
◾Being rejected for a job application, or missing out on the promotion opportunity. Which can suggest we need to work on our workplace skills and abilities.
◾It could be a rejection to a proposal or the breakdown of a good relationship. A new perspective on self-esteem and relationship dynamic can be developed by experiencing this kind of rejection.
◾Feeling unwanted in society, among friends It serves to teach us the value of our social relationships and also facilitate a change, or adaption that otherwise may have been needed.

Share with us your Rejection experience and how you handled it.

We all have experienced some form of rejection in our lives. We constantly face rejection in different ways. Let me share a story of rejection from my life with you.

I had come to Dhaka after finishing my honors. I completed my master's from Lalmatia Govt. Women's College, Dhaka.
After that I took job preparation for about a year. I began to apply job circulars for interview at many companies. One of the top companies called me for an interview. Few days later, I had my interview in there at a best company. I studied hard and took the interview board with a raised head.

I came out of that interview very encouraged. The company emailed me a few days later. I clicked straight on the email and found out that they did not choose me for the job. I felt disheartened. It was tough to be disappointed after so much prep and practice. I felt very bad that day.

Different people react differently to refusal, emotionally. Whereas other people can face a million challenges and seem not to break down. There are few ways to reduce the pain of rejection. Some of the ways I find work in my personal life:

◾There is more to you than this rejection and a single assessment of your character or what you can do.
◾Ask Yourself Why Try to identify why it was that you were rejected, and how can you get better for next time?
◾Find someone to talk with friends, family or a mentor to get emotional support.

We have one life to live. Like anything else, it teaches us lessons and there are so many lessons to be learned via rejection as well. It makes us grow stronger and it helps the ones around us as well. I promise that you will learn a lot about yourself when rejected. When you experience rejection, you will realize many things yourself. The various helpful lessons we can learn from rejection could be:
◾However, rejection teaches us so much on what we need to work on. It contributes to our wisdom and knowhow.
◾Our mental toughness and grit is how we recover after the brutal rejection.
◾We need to treat a rejection as temporary and move on; after all, there is always another opportunity right around the corner.

And in knowing rejection is just a thing that happens sometimes, we can understand it more easily and take steps to better ourselves personally and professionally. In times of rejection do we mainly have to be patient and maintain our positive attitude towards new hopes.
