A Healthy Late-Night Veggie and Egg Meal
Good Day Everyone
Today, I went to the market and bought some fresh peas, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, and tomatoes. On my way back home, I also grabbed a dozen eggs.
Once I got home, my mother started preparing the vegetables, while I helped by peeling the peas. She cooked all the vegetables beautifully. After the Esha prayer, I decided to fry an egg and mix it with the cooked veggies. This meal, full of fresh vegetables and eggs, gave me a good boost of calories and protein.
To top it off, my mother boiled a glass of milk, which I planned to drink with my protein powder after my gym session.
