ABOUT CHIN-CHIN
Chin-chin is a deep fried snack enjoyed and eaten by everyone especially kids. It can be equally baked. The fried chin chin has a golden brown colour, while baked chin chin has a white colour. Almost everyone is a lover of chin-chin. Nigerians call it chin chin whereas Ghanaians call it achomo. There is no kids party without chin- chin. The steps are very easy.

Add egg to the mixture.

Add water gradually to the mixture.
Use your hand to knead it until you form a dough.

Spread flour on a flatten surface and on the rolling pin so that the chin-chin does not gum together.

Put the dough in the flatten surface and use the rolling pin to flatten the dough. You can improvise with a clean bottle.

Add groundnut oil to the frying pan, allow it to get hot before adding your chin-chin so that your chin-chin does not get soggy.

Fry until it appears golden brown
Put it in a sieve so that it doesn't soak oil.
